I think social media has made us more connected and more lonely at the same time. It helps us stay in touch with people, share experiences, and meet others with similar interests. But spending too much time online can sometimes replace meaningful face-to-face conversations and make us feel isolated. So, I think it depends on how we use it.

It has made us more connected globally but in order to connect globally we have become lonely as we are always on our mobile phones and not spending present time with our loved ones.
